Maleah Paisley and Allister Brister-Smith, medical lab workers for Labcorp, a for-profit, multi-national corporation, discuss their struggle for a first union contract. Labcorp recently took over the labs at non-profit Legacy and Providence facilities, driving down working conditions and service to patients. Organizing with the Oregon Federation of Nurses and Health Professionals, these workers are fighting to restore staffing and raise standards.
