To explore the subject of toxic emotions and healing from them is intuitive healer, teacher and author Leah Guy. Leah has authored three self-help, spiritual books including The Fearless PathSpiritual Journal for Women, and her newest book, Overcoming Toxic Emotions. Leah helps people transform trauma and pain into peace and wholeness using her personal triumphs in addition to more than two decades of working with clients. She has helped people move from fear and disconnection to heart-centered and peaceful living, learning to enjoy their life and build stronger relationships with themselves and others.

Leah is a sought-after inspirational speaker who has appeared on major media outlets as an expert on topics such as meditation, the mind-body connection, energy-medicine and chakra balancing, intuition and addiction as well as emotional and spiritual healing. Her down-to-earth, honest and often humorous approach makes her one of the most accessible leaders in the field. She developed the Modern Sage product line and the lifestyle media company called A Girl Named Guy Productions.
