In China, an American artist  planned to use laser beams to flash ‘Free Tibet’ on buildings in downtown Beijing. 

James Powderly, co-founder of New York’s Graffiti Research Lab,  was detained before dawn as he prepared to project the  Students for a Free Tibet message on  the city’s prominent skyscrapers.          

KBOO’s Chris Andreae spoke with  Tenzin Dorje of Students for a Free Tibet in London.
