Across the country, people are feeling the effects of the massive economic recession which began last year.
Oregon native Aaron Heideman decided to document the effects of the recession on everyday people by creating a traveling art exhibit made up of people’s stories of how the recession has affected them.  On his van is a banner saying “man in a van project dot com. Share your stories about how the recession has affected you.".  He asks people to write their stories on a long scroll of paper which he will display at the artprize contest in Michigan at the end of the month.
